oh darling, let's be adventurers.

I am married to a gentle, kind, thoughtful, jovial, playful, strong man.

I take great delight in him.

He makes me want to be more like Jesus.

He made this week the most beautiful week of my life.

I am very happily married to my best friend.

I am spending this week teaching at an intensive photography workshop in Manitou Springs, CO! I'm super pumped about it, to say the least. I'm especially stoked about the fact that I get to stay with Madey in a sweet little cabin, with a cute sink, wood floors & a pantry (which only has granola in it currently).

We've had students since Sunday, and have been just been shooting non-stop and teaching non-stop... and of course, eating non-stop. ^_^

from sailor to civilian.

My older brother, Hunter, has been out to sea for the past 3 months
and just returned this past weekend... as you can see from the first photo,
he was sporting some sailor-esk scruff. Today, we did a trim up...
it's really amazing what a simple haircut and beard trim will do!
